Dijon Turkey Tiles
- by Low Carb Chic

I love low carb snacks on the go, but if you are a diabetic or a lowcarber you know it’s hard to find. This recipe can be eaten cold or hot. ( I prefer hot). Make them, wrap them, and go. If your going on a picnic or an outing throw them in a cooler, and enjoy.
For the ones that do not like meat. Add some more veggies, or some fried tofu. ( Yum)…I love tofu.( which I have some recipes on the way, for the ones out there that are scared of tofu). I was at one time of my life.
Enjoy,and have a great week.

This is not like flat bread that you are use to. I’m still looking for a low carb version, but this is close as it gets for me right now. I find this at WalMart near the deli section. it has almost no carbs, but still a few,and very tasty.
Here is your line up for the picnic: Low carb flat bread,Dijon mustard, turkey, cheese, baby spinach, and Italian dressing.
I cut my bread in to tile shape. Just the right size for a snack.
Make sure you spread all the Dijon mustard on all the tiles.
Add your turkey,or chicken, or more veggies….
Add your cheese, and bake till light brown.
Wash your spinach, and dry well. Add your dressing.
Now toss lightly.
Are you in the kitchen yet making this??????
